Shepreth  was AMA's first development with Stonebond Properties. The scheme consisted of 25 Units of 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom houses  located in Shepreth near Melbourn in Cambridgeshire. Our role was to develop the planning drawings into a coordinated construction package of working drawings and act as lead consultant. the project was completed in 2021
