Barnes Construction commissioned AMA to undertake the detailed design of Gresham Court, a graduate accommodation building for Hughes Hall College. The building comprises 85 student rooms with ensuite bathrooms, shared kitchen / social spaces and a dedicated study area on the Ground Floor.

AMA worked alongside Barnes to develop the design and successfully complete the building in September 2016.

The project was delivered under a Design and Build Contract.
