AMA have been commissioned to produce sketch plans working in collaberation with a planning consultant for a feasibility study for the development of two sites in East London. This scheme provides a total of 230No 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments across two sites with 1575m2 of retail space.

The scheme has formed the basis of an inital pre application meeting with the local authority where the prinicple for development of the site was established.
