AMA were initially commissioned by Stonebond Properties to act as lead consultant and deliver a package of contruction drawings for a 20 unit site in Stapleford Abbotts in Essex.Once the drawing had been completed to construction tender stage the site was sold to Macar who commissioned us to continue with the project on theri behalf. Changes were made to the scheme to suit the new clients specific requirements. AMA are providing ongoing support throughout the constrcution phase working closely with the developer. The project is on site with a completion due towards the end of 2024
