AMA were commissioned by a private land owner to assist in the preparation of an outline planning application for a proposed housing development in Great Chesterford near Saffron Walden in Essex. The Site consisted of a mixed development of private and affordable detached and semi-detached dwellings.

AMA worked closely with the planning consultants  Carter Jonas and Uttlesford Planners to  produce a concise and accurate layout  formulated from our knowledge of current planning policy and housing standards which formed the  basis for a the site being sold to a developer.
