AMA obtained planning permission for a 31 bedroom extension to the Gonville Hotel in central Cambridge. The scheme also includes a luxury basement spa. The new extension will be linked to Gresham House, a substantial Victorian Villa, which is being converted into 10 bedrooms. The basement Spa is located in the grounds of Gresham house accessed via a tunnel
constructed under the Victorian property. The scheme incorporates a new Dining Room extension and new entrance Porch to the Main Hotel.
