Battcock Centre for Experimental Astrophysics, Cambridge.

This project provided for the relocation of all academic staff in the Astrophysics Group of the Department of Physics to the Institute of Astronomy site. The Building consolidated the Astrophysics Group on the site and completed the vision partially realised by the construction of the Kavli Institute for Cosmology.

A two storey independent building located close to the Hoyle Building and Kavli Institute for Cosmology; with reception controlled by the Hoyle Building.

The Building incorporated 82 people, achieved a BREEAM “excellent rating and had 20% renewable technology
