AMA were commissioned to by a private client in Octorber 2024 to act as lead consultant and prepare a comprehensive package of technical information suitable for tender and construction purposes on this 8 unit site in Over Cambridgeshire. The original scheme prepared by others was amended  to suit the clients  specific requirements. Changes were made to ensure compliance with PArt M4(2) of the building regulations. We were also instrumental in selecting  the design team, approved building inspectors , suppliers and assisted in the selection of suitable contractors for tender purposes. Works are due to commence on site in the summer of 2024
