The scheme is for a small development of detached houses on a half acre plot in the village of Over in Cambridgeshire.There is an existing victorian detached property on the site which will be demolished as part of the proposal . The scheme consist of three large 4 bedroom houses and 1 3 bedroom house.

The proposed houses are to be traditionally styled using Cambridge Buff brickwork, painted weatherboarding and natural slate roof to match and compliment the neighbouring properties. Windows are to be painted timber.
